HAWAIIAN SWEET N SOUR CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breast
1 can pineapple in heavy syrup
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 bell pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. corn oil

Wash and flour chicken, brown on each side in a skillet with oil. Remove skillet, set aside. Add to skillet vinegar, sugar, bouillon cube and pineapple juice (reserve pineapple for later) heat until thickened, cut chicken in casserole dish cover with bell pepper slices and pineapple, pour thickened sauce over this. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
