GAZPACHO 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced cucumbers
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
4 dashes hot sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 soup can water
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Italian dressing
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Stir gently. Serve in chilled bowls or mugs. Serves 6-8. A great summer soup.
