QUICK YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. water
1/8 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 pkg. dry yeast

Stir yeast into flour, add remaining ingredients and mix together. Add beaten egg. Bake in muffin tins that have been well greased at 400 degrees until rolls are browned lightly, 10-15 minutes.
