DOUBLE QUICK ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted vegetable shortening
1 egg, beaten
2 1/4 c. flour

Mix well and let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Make into rolls and let rise again. Bake on cookie sheet or bread pan at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
