1 butternut squash 3 tbsp. butter Salt Dried mint Red wine vinegar Peel a butternut squash and slice into bite sized wedges. Place in a shallow baking pan. Add butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake for an additional 15 minutes. When cooked, brown and chewy remove from oven and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt, dried mint and red wine vinegar. MMMMMM. |
