SQUASH STIR-FRY 
1 med. summer squash
1 med. zucchini
1 lg. onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion until slightly tender. Add sliced squash and zucchini. Simmer, uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, or until squash is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Yield: 4 servings.
