GINGER CHICKEN | |
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 c. water 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. ground ginger Rinse chicken and pat dry. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight and turn occasionally. Cook on grill. |
