GINGER PINEAPPLE PUNCH 
3 tbsp. mint leaves
3 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 3 lemons
Juice of 3 oranges
1/2 tsp. ginger mixed with 2 tbsp. hot water
2 c. cold water
Ice cubes

Bruise mint in pitcher. Add fruit and ginger. Stir well; add cold water. Chill; serve over cube in tall glasses.
