PINEAPPLE - GINGER SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut ribs apart in service-size pieces and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Arrange in large shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce; spoon a few tablespoons of sauce over ribs. Bake in microwave oven uncovered for about 35 minutes. During this time, turn ribs several times (at about 8 minute intervals).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
