PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 pkg. (8 oz. size) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Optional to decorate - pineapple slices & maraschino cherries

1. With fork in medium size bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

2. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in saran or foil and refrigerate until chilled.

3. Garnish with optional items. Can be reshaped and refrigerated.
