CROWN JEWEL DESSERT | |
1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 pkg. orange Jello 1 pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. lemon Jello 4 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed) Prepare strawberry, orange and lime Jello separately using 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 cup cold each. Pour each in square pan. Chill until firm. Cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Dissolve remaining package lemon Jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend Cool Whip into mixture. Fold in Jello cubes. Pour into tube pan or Jello mold. Chill overnight. Unmold and serve. |
