SWISS STEAK 
2-3 lbs. round steak
Flour
1 onion, diced
1 can tomatoes (use juice)
2 tbsp. syrup (any kind)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can diced mushrooms (drained)
Salt and pepper

Cut steak into serving pieces. Lightly flour each side of meat then place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours.
