RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
1 c. milk

Heat up milk and rice in pot. Put sugar and flour in bowl and mix (this will prevent flour from lumping). Add 1 cup milk, vanilla, and 2 beaten eggs. Mix together. Pour some of hot milk and rice in egg mixture. Now add this mixture to the rest of the milk and rice in pot. Let it come to a full boil, stirring all the time. Remove and pour into a Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
