1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced, drained
3/4 c. cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix together spinach souffle, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, sausage and cheese. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Add shrimp, long green onions and Ortega chilis (mild).
