JOSHUA'S FAVORITE DINNER 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. Minute rice
Gravy (milk, flour, and sausage grease)

Scramble and fry sausage until well done. Put aside. Prepare Minute rice as directed on box. Drain sausage; but reserve grease. Mix sausage and rice together. Make gravy by mixing together grease, flour and milk to right consistency. Put meat and rice mixture on plate and pour gravy over it. Serves 4.
