SAUSAGE BRUNCH CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown-&-serve sausage links
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 (14 oz.) pkg. apple-cinnamon muffin mix

In skillet brown the sausage according to package directions; drain. In 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan melt butter; stir in marmalade. Arrange sausage in two rows atop marmalade mixture. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; spoon batter atop sausage. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Immediately invert on serving platter. Makes 1 coffee cake.
