CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM ROLL 
7 eggs, separated
1 c. XXX sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
Pinch salt

Beat egg yolks; mix in sugar, flour, salt and cocoa. Mix until well blended. Beat egg whites in another bowl until stiff. Fold in batter. Pour into 4-sided small cookie sheet. Use waxed paper (only) on sheet (no grease). Bake quick - 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool in a warm, damp towel, rolled. Put XXX sugar on towel so it won't stick. Open up and spread with cream cheese, XXX sugar and whipped cream or Cool Whip, then roll up. Top with chocolate frosting.
