BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 stick melted butter
Stovetop Stuffing

Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Mix together broccoli, cheese, mayonnaise, soup, onion and egg in a 2 quart baking dish. Spread Stove Top Stuffing on top and drizzle with the melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
