EASY SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. flour, self-rising
1/4 c. Snowdrift shortening
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Canned milk

Cut shortening into flour until it resembles crumbs. Add milk and mix well.

Roll out dough into rectangle about 1/4" thick. Melt butter, brush rolled out dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion, beginning with long side. Slice into 1/2" slices. Place slices into prepared - greased 9" round cake pan.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. To make icing: Mix 1 box confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup butter and vanilla and enough canned milk to mix it well. Drizzle icing over hot sweet rolls. Cool and serve.
