EASY SWEET-SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lbs. cut up chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 bottle (8 oz. size) Russian dressing (dark-red kind)
1 env. onion-soup mix
1/2 jar (10 oz. size) orange marmalade
Water

Put chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven, about 1 hour (good with cooked rice and green vegetable). Serves 4.

I put mixture together and marinate overnight in the refrigerator in the same dish I bake it in. When ready to bake if taking from refrigerator to oven, add 1/2 hour to baking time. If letting come to room temperature before baking, use included instructions. Delicious and so easy! The hardest part is finding the Russian dressing in stores.
