POTATO SKINS 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. (melted) butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. paprika
Sour cream
Guacamole
Crisp bacon

Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out leaving 1/4" shell. Brush insides and out with butter. Cut the half shell in half again, sprinkle with salt and paprika mixture. Raise heat to 475 degrees, place shells cut side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake, uncovered 15 to 20 minutes until edges are brown, serve with sour cream and guacamole and crumbled bacon. Makes 24 skins.
