FRUIT STUFFING FOR ROAST PORK | |
1 lg. apple, chopped 1 c. bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste 1 sm. can mandarin oranges 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. celery salt Combine the above ingredients and put in meat cavity. Secure with pins or roll and tie in meat. Cook as directed for meat. Works well in crown roast of pork or a boneless fresh ham, etc. |
