1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar

Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. I line mine with wax paper. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans.

Mix 1 box German chocolate cake mix by directions on box. Pour over nuts. Mix together: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 box powdered sugar

Pour over cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. When done take out of pan and remove wax paper immediately.
