1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box 10X sugar
1 sm. can coconut

Mix German chocolate cake according to directions. Spread 1 1/2 cups nuts on bottom of greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour cake mix over this. Mix cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 10X sugar and coconut. Drop onto cake by spoonsful. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
