UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle bottom with coconut and then pecans. Mix cake mix according to direction; pour over coconut and pecans. Mix second part and pour over first.

SECOND PART:

2 sticks softened butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn upside down; let cool with pan on top until cooled completely.
