CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can kernel corn, do not drain
1 can cream corn
1 beaten egg
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. "Jiffy" cornbread mix
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients except the Cheez Whiz in dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Spread Cheez Whiz over hot dish. Serve.
