BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. or 2 stalks fresh broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1 c. corn bread stuffing mix
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cut up and steam fresh broccoli or prepare frozen broccoli according to package directions. Drain and place in casserole. Heat soup and add Cheez Whiz, stirring until melted; add to broccoli and mix well. Fold in sour cream. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and sprinkle with melted butter. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
