BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted & drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 can parve mushroom soup
Corn flake crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, eggs and soup. Add broccoli; mix well. Pour into square 8 inch baking pan. Top with corn flake crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
