PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Set aside. In a mixer bowl, beat eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add flour mixture. Beat well. Stir in pecans; spread in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting that is beaten until fluffy. Sprinkle with pecans.
