PORTUGUESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 - 10 medium potatoes (boiled in jackets)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 small jar red pimentos
2 slices bread, cubed
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 to 2 sticks melted butter

Boil potatoes in skins and cube. Put in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cubed cheese over the potatoes. Add onions, pimentos, parsley, paprika, and butter. Pour over casserole.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
