3 sticks soft butter (warm to room temperature) 2 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 4 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla extract 6 oz. pitted prunes (chopped in food processor) 2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 2 c. quick Quaker oats 2 c. graham crumbs 6 bars Nestle Alpine white chocolate candy bars (with almonds), coarsely chopped in food processor 2 sm. cartons egg scramblers (4 egg equivalent) 1/4 c. water Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg scramblers and vanilla extract; beat well. In small bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Add to sugar mixture and mix with regular beaters until dough gets stiff, then change to dough hooks. Add remaining ingredients. Dough should be fairly stiff. Place tablespoon-size balls 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Press down lightly with fork and bake about 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool about one minute before removing from cookie sheets. Makes about 6 dozen. |
