BILLY'S CHILI 
1-2 lb. ground beef, lightly browned & drained
3-4 celery stalks, chopped
2-3 green peppers, chopped
2-3 onions, chopped
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1/2-1 tbsp. each of salt, black pepper, sugr, red pepper & Worcestershire sauce
1-2 cloves crushed garlic
2 (16 oz.) cans drained kidney beans, to be added last 1/2 hour of cooking
1 (32 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1-2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2-3 finely chopped celery or jalapeno peppers

Cook over low heat (barely bubbling), uncovered for 3-4 hours. Makes 4 quarts.
