BILL'S CHILI 
2 tbsp. safflower oil
3 lb. ground beef
3 med. red onions, chopped
3 or 4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. Sauers chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black or red pepper
1 tbsp. cumin
2 cans Bush's light red kidney beans
1 sm. can chili
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes
6 c. water

In a large pot use 2 tablespoons safflower oil. Saute onions and garlic over medium heat until transparent. Add meat and stir frequently until brown. Add all other ingredients and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
