CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter

Cut flour and butter together until it resembles small peas or looks like crumbs. Add pecans, mix and press into a sheet cake pan (9 x 12 inches) and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool slightly.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (buy large container and reserve the remainder)
1 c. powdered sugar

Use mixer when mixing the 3 above ingredients; spread over cooled crust. Mix 1 large and 1 small box of instant chocolate pudding mixes, as for a pie. Pour this mixture over cream cheese mixture and put remainder of the large container of Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts. Substitute the instant chocolate pudding mixes with lemon and you will have a lemon dessert. Very good!
