CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers, whole

Mix pudding mix and milk together; beat. Add Cool Whip; mix. Layer a 9"x13" pan with graham crackers; cover with half of filling mixture. Place another layer of graham crackers and cover with remaining filling mixture. Top with layer of graham crackers. Pour chocolate mixture on top.

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE:

1 stick butter (butter)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in a saucepan. Heat to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour over graham crackers.
