BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen broccoli
1 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1-2 sticks butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Take Ritz crackers and crunch up into pieces. I spread mine out on wax paper and roll with a rolling pin. Cut cheese into chunks. Cut butter into tablespoon pieces.

In a casserole dish or long glass dish: Layer broccoli, butter, chunks of cheese, sprinkle with crackers. Keep layering until you reach the top. The top layers will be crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling on the sides. Do not cover with a lid.
