CURRIED CARROT RAISIN SALAD | |
1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt 4 c. (about 1 lb.) grated carrots 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in own juice, drained 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 c. raisins In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder and salt. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine carrots, raisins and pineapple. Add dressing and mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving. Makes 3 1/2 cups. |
