3 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipped cream of Cool Whip

Peel and grate carrots. Add marshmallows, pineapple, raisins, and coconut. Toss lightly. Add mayonnaise, carefully fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Good.
