CARROT RAISIN NUT SALAD 
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine the grated carrots, almonds, and raisins in serving bowl. Combine vinegar, honey, salt, yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix well and then toss with carrot mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
