STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. sliced frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped English walnuts
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. boiling water

Combine Jello with boiling water. Dissolve well. Fold in pineapple, strawberries and nuts (do not drain fruit). Turn 1/2 of this mixture into 12"x8"x2" dish. Refrigerate until firm. Spread sour cream over firm salad and gently spoon remaining fruit mixture on sour cream. Chill several hours before serving.
