HAM AND CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp shredded cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
1 sm. jar pimento
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften cream cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Add onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, deviled ham, parsley flakes and pimento. Mix well with electric mixer. Chill until firm. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
