COOKED RICE PUDDING | |
1 qt. milk (4 c.) 1/4 c. rice, uncooked 1/8 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Cook milk, rice, and salt until soft, approximately 1/2 hour. Add small amounts of egg/sugar mixture to milk and rice. Cook about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Can also add raisins before last 5 minutes of cooking. |
