HAM CHEESE BALL 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. chopped ham or 2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk ham
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in chopped ham, parsley, onion, and mustard. Cover and chill several hours. Remove from refrigerator and form into one ball (or two small balls) roll in chopped nuts to cover. Serve with crackers.
