TI-MAE'S SWEET POTATO BALLS 
3 c. cooked yams, mashed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
Allspice to taste
Lg. marshmallows
Corn flakes, crushed

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Using large marshmallows as center, shape the mixture into balls. Roll each in crushed corn flakes. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows begin to melt. Balls may be made ahead of time, frozen and baked when needed.
