OPAL'S SWEET POTATO BALLS 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk or cream
1 bag lg. marshmallows
2 c. graham cracker or corn flake crumbs

Drain fluid from sweet potatoes, mash together with milk and butter. Flatten a tablespoon of mixture, place a marshmallow in the center, fold sweet potato mixture around marshmallow to form a ball. Roll ball in the graham cracker crumbs. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
