FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. whole candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 c. whole Brazil nuts
2 c. whole pecans

Sift all dry ingredients over fruit and nuts in large bowl. Mix well and pour orange juice and eggs over fruit and nuts. Blend thoroughly.

Line loaf pans with brown paper, makes two small loaves or 1 large loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
