ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs until well combined; stir in cereal, orange peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Milk, if needed, to thin to spreading consistency

Beat cream cheese, butter and peel until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons milk, if needed.
