SWISS STEAK CREOLE 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. round steak
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender. If more juice is needed, I use small can of tomato juice or may be thickened for a gravy type sauce.
