STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pt. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Vanilla

Make custard from above ingredients. Cool. Fill baked pastry shell with cleaned, drained berries (1 1/2 cups). Add custard and cover with meringue made of 3 egg whites. Set meringue in warm oven until light brown.
