COLE SLAW 
Cabbage (red cabbage is especially tasty, coarsely chopped or shredded)
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
4 to 6 tbsp. white horseradish
2 tsp. celery seed
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (optional but really good)

Make the night before. (Use 1 cup dressing per 8 ounce cabbage.)

Makes 2 1/2 cups dressing.
